We are equally at home dealing with hostile repossessions as we are persuading customers to voluntarily surrender vehicles. If a customer has absconded with your vehicle, we will trace to a current address and continue repossession activity.
All Peak vehicles are equipped with satellite tracking technology to street level, enabling us to react quickly to urgent instructions or abandoned vehicles.
Onboard CCTV is also in use, allowing management to observe field actions in real time. Footage can be downloaded to comply with evidential requirements.
Vehicle condition reports and delivery receipts are created and automatically delivered to your preferred distribution list by our award winning field apps, within 5 minutes of a vehicle being delivered to auction.
Arrears can be collected as an alternative to repossession if required and all Peak vehicles are equipped with mobile card processing terminals to enable a faster collection process.
